Launched in 2013, Prolific North quickly established itself as the leading news, jobs and events hub for the media, digital, marketing, tech and creative sectors in the North of England.
Through its extensive involvement in the digital sector, it recognised that for many brands, finding the right agency was no small task. And here, the concept for Brand and Agencies was born.Â
Naturally we wanted to seek out the perfect agency to help us bring this vision to life, and we turned to Leeds-based agency and long time partner Enjoy Digital. Read a bit more about the discovery process and the build below - plus how you can make the most of the platforms features!
The Challenge
Although the concept for Brands and Agencies was simple, developing a platform of this scale came with a few complexities!
With thousands of different brands and agencies represented across the platform, the CMS would need to house enormous volumes of data. And this would need to be readily surfaceable for both brands and agencies looking to connect. And at the heart of it the customer journey was key - making it simple to search by brand, agency, services, location and sector!
We worked closely with Enjoy to scope out, research and select a platform that would deliver the best user experience. With Enjoy already an Umbraco Gold Partner since 2009, this was the natural choice to help us serve our audiences.
