The new Magento 2 platform has the power and scalability to manage Moda Furnishings’ continued growth and hit their ambitious growth targets. It has an improved site speed, has new functionality and has improved the team’s operational efficiency. We built a custom product structure for the Moda Furnishings team in order to allow customers to search by product set colour option and then to order full sets of products, whilst still allowing the team the ability to manage stock and warehouse picking on individual items.
The new Magento 2 site has also improved operational efficiency with content staging and preview functionality, to simplify and plan marketing campaigns and content updates. Magento 2’s Business Intelligence also gives the team the enterprise insights they need to highlight opportunities and expedite their growth. INTEGRATIONS Integrations for the site include Klevu search, to make sure customers can find the right product for them, as quickly and easily as possible.
The Magento 2 site can also take advantage of customer segmentation to drive personalised shopping experiences for different customer groups. These features will improve conversion rate across the site by delivering content tailored to the customer.

The strategy for the paid search campaigns was to grow market share and revenue whilst maintaining profitability across key audiences and platforms. The campaigns included highly granular search campaigns, responsive ads, audience-specific ad copy, optimised product data, bespoke scripts, showcase shopping ads, video ads and video remarketing.
