Logistics UK and CILT asked for our help addressing the skills shortage in their industry through the creation of a new brand and integrated campaign.
We began with thorough consumer research for both to understand our 16-25 year old audience, and for results benchmarking. Next came a visual identity, dynamic brand video and feature-packed website, offering everything from a career quiz to real-time job opportunities. All supported by organic social and paid media, full PR, seasonal creative content and OOH.
At the end of Y1, research showed we’d exceeded every target with our desired audience.
