Established in 1888, T.H. Baker are watch and jewellery retailers specialising in big brands for fashion lovers. The group joined us to update their three online stores and provide bespoke high-performance hosting to ensure smooth experiences during peaks of high traffic throughout the year.
Brief
To deliver more efficient multi-site management, upgrade store features and improve traffic flows across the T.H. Baker group. Provide high-performance hosting to protect sites from crashes and slowdowns during seasonal peaks in traffic.
Solution
Build a custom Magento co-ordination centre for TH Baker’s online presence, allowing for faster easier management of all orders, products, customers and information across the group’s sites from one central hub. Migrate to a dedicated, high-performance server with personalised support.

Enhanced product features
Displaying the quality of products is key to increasing conversions. All three sites enjoy larger product images, including 360 rotating views and a hover over feature allowing shoppers to see product information easily in a lightbox.
Cross sell opportunities
‘Complete the look’, ‘related products’ and ‘people also like’ sections were created across the sites to encourage multiple purchase, and give customers a more tailored shopping experience. Content manageable ads were added to site navigation to showcase specific products further.
Streamlined checkout
A mini cart feature, and single page checkout with address validation helps to make purchase completion quick and easy. We configured each site’s checkout to give customers options for preferred payment gateways, and finance options for higher value transactions.
