Age Concern Central Lancashire are a charity offering support to anyone aged 18 and above. From support managing anxiety, to dementia care and home help, they have been helping the residents of Lancashire live and age well since 1981.

However, they recognised that their branding was not reflective of the all-age services they offer. They needed to not only make their brand identity more modern and approachable, but also provide some much-needed distinction from other age-related charities.

In 2019, we launched a brand new e-commerce website for Age Concern. Built on the Magento 2 platform, it creates a brand new sales channel for the charity, selling both promotional merchandise for supporters as well as various well-being products for their target audience.

It is also an avenue for Age Concern to sell tickets to their many fundraising events, as well as accept donations at the click of a button, with Magento offering a quick, simple and secure checkout process.

Our aim was to not only make the brand more recognisable, but also change perceptions amongst the public, sponsors and funding sources.
