THE PROBLEM 

 WS Audiology (WSA) is responsible for some of the most technologically advanced and reputable hearing aid products on the market. As a global leader, it was essential that their extensive brand portfolio could be promoted to the global market with consistency, quality, and speed. 

THE CHALLENGE: 

WSA’s large organisational structure had begun to impact the efficiency and quality of their marketing output. An increase in the number of markets served and a product portfolio, their small in-house marketing department could no longer deliver fast turnaround times and management processes were impacted. 

We needed to redevelop its processes and create a marketing production solution fit for the global market’s evolving demands. It was important to find a trustworthy partner with expansive service provisions, a flexible workflow, and the ability to scale to suit their global ambitions.

The partnership began when WSA needed to develop a series of 3D assets . SPRING Production’s 3D motion graphics team was tasked with creating renders of WSA’s latest product range. 

Trust was a key factor; both parties worked hard to enhance communication and collaboration. WSA stakeholders spent time at SPRING Production’s Vietnamese production hub to help onboard the SPRING teams with training on brand guidelines and product portfolios. WSA now considers SPRING Production their sole brand guardian, utilising them to educate other partners and stakeholders in branded material delivery. 

SPRING Production was soon awarded complete control over WSA’s marketing production department, delivering a holistic range of services. They transformed WSA’s approach to production by optimising budgets and enhancing turnaround times. 

SPRING Production’s work is based on agile brief execution and managing large volumes of work quickly. Digital project management tools ensure complete transparency between parties, resulting in high-quality, consistent deliverables. 

THE RESULTS:

SPRING Production delivers over 500 projects a year across all markets. The partnership has allowed WSA to unburden their lead creative agency; scale up or down to match their requirements; take advantage of an agreed rate card; defer brand guardianship to SPRING Production, and more. 

SPRING Production delivers the following services to WSA: Development of core marketing elements and guidelines; language versioning and adaptation for videos, brochures, and user guides; dynamic CGI product visualisations, and more. 

In spite of COVID-19, SPRING Production successfully onboarded WSA USA and delivered key elements for four product launches.
