Operating across the UK, Strachan is a premium specialist in bespoke fitted furniture. In need of a walk-in wardrobe? Love the idea of a home library? Strachan can make it happen.

Strachan’s 60 years of experience means they’re pretty great at building fitted furniture, but not so good at building websites.

That’s where HUB comes in.

We’ve previously worked with Strachan on their brochure design and TV ads, so we were confident our team could deliver a sleek new website that met Strachan’s objectives and complemented their existing brand assets.

Their current website was outdated, not mobile friendly, and wasn’t CMS-driven.

The new website needed to:

  • Be simple to navigate.
  • Be responsive – our research discovered that Strachan’s customers are using mobiles and phablets to browse.
  • Increase conversions, especially from mobile devices.


Using customer feedback and heat mapping insights, we designed a website that would elevate the user experience and ultimately convert passive scrollers into red-hot leads.

Our new site map simplified the customer journey and was jam-packed with trust signals.
